Get on your bike with your family, friends and work colleagues and have a great day out, all for a good cause. We have six bike rides you can take part in this year and each route is approximately 15 miles.

Our bike rides appeal to people of all ages and abilities with marshals positioned at regular intervals to help you if needed.

Taking part is easy
Go here, Link: Bike Rides for the bike ride of your choice and send it back to the address indicated. Once we have received the form, we will post you a pack with everything you'll need, plus hints and tips on fundraising.

To enable us to put more of the money you raise into our vital cancer research, we ask each participant to pay an entry fee to cover the cost of the event, and then raise as much sponsorship money as possible.

The fee for those pre-registering is £10 per adult (16 years and above) and £5 per child. Entry fee on the day is £20 per adult and £10 per child.

Hey I am doing the bike ride, did it last year too. Great fun stopping at all the pubs on the way.lol
